The house is extremely energy efficient, using zone air conditioning with five split units and four wall units. The propane system provides for heating, cooking and the clothes dryer. Depending upon the weather and your comfort level, the electric costs are about $100US per month and propane costs are about $9US per month. Tri-Di-Panel walls keep you cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

The two-car garage has a long workbench and plenty of storage cabinets.. Also equipped with extra water storage tank and auxiliary pump. An independent water distillation unit is also present.

The top floor has living room, dining area, kitchen, powder room, TV viewing area,
and enclosed patio. Fresh well- water is further clarified by the reverse osmosis unit under the sink. The outside patio has a built in table for a
spectacular view of the Sea and city while you dine.

 

Second level bedroom has space for home office, plus a kitchenette, large bath, walk in closet, storage under the stairs. The enclosed patio has ping-pong table, bar, and lounge for an 180-degree view of the sea, beach and mountains.

Third level bedroom has kitchenette, office space, walk-in closet, two bathrooms, plus added storage under the stairs. The open patio has a shower, two locked storage closets, and preparation for spa.

The fourth level, guest room has all the comforts of a small apartment. This includes the sleeping area with a combination double and bunk bed, futon, closet, full bath, and dining/living room. Equipment includes, microwave, small oven, refrigerator. The adjoining, large storage room has ample shelving.

A locked storage room outside the small apartment is topped with a fenced sundeck.
